No Family Plan - Children Must Pay Adult Rates. Pets Are Not Allowed. A 2-3 Night Minimum Stay Is Required During The Balloon Fiesta In October. Smoking Is Allowed Outside Only. Cancellation Policy- Reservations Must Be Cancelled 20 Days Prior To Arrival/local Check-In Time For Refund Of Deposit Less A 40.00usd Processing Fee. Reservations For Holidays And Special Events Are Completely Non-Refundable Unless Re-Rented, Wherein A 40.00usd Processing Fee Will Be Imposed. No Shows Will Be Charged Full Amount. Reservations Made Within 20 Days Or Arrival Are Non-Cancelable At Booking.
